AKAXA does not sell or share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information to data brokers, advertisers, or any other commercial third parties.

What This Means

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information. Because AKAXA does not engage in these activities, there is no opt-out necessary.
